What happens at night at Meadow Vue Ranch ?

Your adventure at Meadow Vue Ranch begins between 6:30 and 6:45 pm on a Wednesday or Saturday night. The first item of business is checking in at the cook shack you will get your tickets and pay for the rodeo and dinner at this time. After checking in it is great time to go pick a seat next to the rodeo arena so that you can see all the action that is about to happen. 7pm the rodeo begins with the presentation of the flag and the signing of the national anthem. There is something special about the national anthem at a rodeo. The action shifts to the mounted drill the children that are participating in our summer camp get to show all of the skills that they have learned over the past week. It is about to get western as it is time to check out the action down at the bucking shoots where we have bull riding, saddle bronc riding, and bareback riding. We bring in cowboys & cowgirls  from all of the West Yellowstone area to come compete at our rodeos. The rodeo generally last an hour, after the rodeo it is time for dinner you will start off with our salad bar dont forget to grab some fresh baked cornbread or a buttermilk biscuit and then make your way over to the steak barn to select your fresh hand cut steak cooked just how you like it. You then move down the line to the fall off the bone dutch oven chicken, the amazing dutch oven potatoes, and the bbq baked beans. While you finish up your meal our staff will bring around our dutch oven peach cobbler for dessert. While you are enjoying your meal listen to the sounds of some of the best local cowboy music artists in the West Yellowstone area. After dinner has settled it might be time for a a little dancing. Learn the Virginia reel, various line dancing or maybe just a nice slow dance under the stars.

Are you visiting Yellowstone National Park or Island Park Idaho? Our rodeo and dinner near West Yellowstone is great fun for everyone. On Wednesdays and Saturday nights (June 25nd- Aug 6th) we offer a look at the cowboy way of life for the whole family. The evening starts with an hour long rodeo full of your favorite rodeo events such as bull riding, saddle bronc riding, bareback riding, barrel racing, pole bending, roping, kids calf riding, and the calf scramble. After you have worked up an appetite join us for dinner. Our dinner features hand cut fire grilled steaks, dutch oven chicken, dutch oven potatoes, baked beans, salad bar, cornbread, biscuits, and peach cobbler and ice cream for dessert. We have been perfecting our dutch oven recipes for over 20 years. During dinner listen to our western singers as they entertain you with cowboy songs old and new. After dinner stay and enjoy the music, and the scenery of Henry's Lake Idaho, or get up and dance! Our employees can teach you how to line dance, and country swing.
